One Creechurch Place is a brand new 272,505 SQ FT of high quality office spread over 17 floors. DJS created lobby and floorplate images and an interactive VR experience. The VR was configured to work at a launch event on the floorplate so potential tenants could use a kiosk to look around the space using a range of possible layout configurations and also a range of different ceiling treatments. DJS photographed the view from the 14th floor in order to create an accurate view from within the floorplate of the impressive city cluster neighbours. DJS also made a film about the local area showing the location and easy access to site.
