VR Tour for Samsung Gear, ipad and Web

EuroCity an exciting scheme in Gibraltar and an area that is currently seeing a great deal of investment and development spurred on by the gaming and cryptocurrency markets. We were chosen by the developer having successfully worked with them on previous projects.

The project is a large three tower development with a podium comprising of private pools and gardens, offices, retail and car parking. We developed a strong relationship with the client and in doing so gained a clear understanding of all the key elements of the design. In addition, regular meetings with the whole of the project team added to a successful outcome.

The design was progressed but not fully specified and using our keen eye for detail and the teams experience we interpreted certain elements of the project. The initial production of the still images were used to gain sign off on the model. Then developing the interactive VR experience for the site before completing the animation. The final film included aerial footage that we motion tracked showing the building in context, to include the stunning views of the Rock and out towards Africa.

The VR experience was successfully used to communicate the detailed design to interested parties and this helped secure the sale of 70% of units prior to construction. This proves the immense value of high quality visualisation, VR and animation in communicating the design off plan.
