Royal Park Evian
The Evian project was partially designed and the developer wanted to start marketing as soon as possible. The project requirements were some strong images that would create a real impact in the local and foreign market and attract off plan buyers. DJS reviewed the site and identified the key messages together with the developer, these points driving the initial creative process and moving the project forward. By challenging the “normal” approach to property marketing it can reveal some more interesting and creative images that really communicate the essence of the project.
