Royal Park Evian
The Evian project was really interesting for DJS, the developer had developed the design partially and wanted to start marketing as soon as possible. They beloved that with some strong images they could create a real impact in the local and foreign market and attract off plan buyers. DJS looked at the site and identified the key messages together with the developer, these messages drive the initial creative process and the process of finding the right combination of views to really make an impact.
Often DJS find the best images come from not doing what the general consensus is from the initial client suggestions, we find by challenging the “normal” approach to property marketing it can reveal some more interesting and creative images that really communicate the essence of the project.
